Creamy Cauliflower Soup

- 1 head chopped up cauliflower
- heavy cream
- 400 ml chicken or vegetable stock

Let's peel off and chop the onions finely.
Add some butter and onion to a saucepan. Stir it for 3-5 minutes until it gets golden brown.
It's time to start putting in some cauliflower.
Immediately add chicken stock to the pan.
Allow it to boil for 15 minutes until the cauliflower is soft.
Use a blender to blend this mixture very well until a thick paste is ready.
Now add salt and pepper and mix it. You may add time leaves for additional seasoning.
