Zucchini Jam with Apple
If you have a garden full of zucchinis and don't know what to do with them, try this original jam recipe. The combination of zucchini and apples create an unusual but very tasty jam, that is not only suitable for breakfast, but also as an addition to meat.

- 1 pcs large zucchini
- 2 pcs apples
- 500 g sugar
- 1 pcs lemon

1. Step
Wash the zucchini and apples, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
2. Step
Put the grated zucchini, apples, sugar, and lemon juice into a large pot.
3. Step
Bring to a boil and let cook at medium heat for about 45 minutes, until you get the desired consistency of jam.
4. Step
Spread the finished marmalade into sterilised jars, close tightly and let it cool down.
