- 3 eggs
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1⁄4 Cup sugar

1. Step
Preheat oven to 300 F. Mix the egg yolks, yogurt, and flour together. Beat the egg whites and gradually add sugar. Add the egg yolk mixture and gently mix together.

Divide and pour into two circular cake pans lined with parchment paper. Put both in a bigger pan and pour boiling water in, about 1 in high. Bake for an hour.
3. Step
Let cool and stack. Dust with sugar and enjoy!
