Vanilla Muffins with Chocolate
These muffins are the perfect solution for sweet lovers. They are full of vanilla flavor with bits of chocolate, creating an irresistible combination.
Ingredients
- 180 g self-rising flour
- 2 pcs egg
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pcs Vanilla extract
- 100 g cooking chocolate
- 1 pcs Store powder

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a muffin tin, into which you insert paper cups.
Mix the flour with sugar and baking powder in one bowl.
In a second bowl, you melt the butter and mix it with milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix well.
Finally, add finely chopped chocolate and mix thoroughly again.
Evenly distribute the dough into prepared cups and bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are baked. The best way to check this is to stick a skewer into them and if nothing sticks to it, they are done.
Let the muffins cool on the rack and then you can enjoy them.
