- 1 pcs celery
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper

Slice the carrot, celery, and onion into thin noodles.
2. Step
Peel the lemon and chop it finely.
3. Step
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. Step
Add grated vegetables to the dressing and mix well.
5. Step
Let the salad rest in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
