- 1⁄2 thumb ginger
- 4 oz carrot
- 1⁄2 paprika
- 3 mushroom
- 4 oz peas
Sauce
- 11⁄2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- 1⁄2 tablespoon pure peanut butter
- 1⁄2 Cup water

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Marinate with garlic, ginger, salt, Chinese cooking wine, black pepper and baking soda.
