Directions
Start by cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Remember that the tagliatelle should be al dente so that they don't become too soft when you add the sauce. This is the key to the success of this dish.
In the meantime, scald the broccoli with boiling water and divide it into small florets. I recommend that you do not cut the broccoli into too small pieces, as they may become too soft and lose their flavor.
Place 100 ml of olive oil in a frying pan, add pressed garlic cloves and fry on medium heat for a minute. Make sure the garlic doesn't brown too much, as it can turn bitter.
Add broccoli divided into florets, salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the cooked tagliatelle to the broccoli in the skillet, stir gently. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix gently.
Serve tagliatelle with broccoli hot. Soybean oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese add amazing flavor to the whole thing. I very often serve this dish with the addition of fresh crusty bread, which decorates the flavors and adds new tastes. Give it a try, you're sure to love it!
