Spicy Buffalo Wings
Enjoy this easy spicy buffalo wings recipe!
Ingredients
- salt
- ground black pepper
- oil
- 12 chicken wings
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 dash vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (fine cornmeal)
- 11⁄2 teaspoon ground chili
- 11⁄2 teaspoon red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 200 g of a hot sauce of your choice
- 100 g butter
- 100 g self-rising flour

Directions
Cut the chicken wings by their joint and throw the tip.

In a bowl put the wings, salt, black pepper, flour, one teaspoon of paprika and one teaspoon of ground chili. Stir with your hands. Rest 1 hour in the fridge.

Fry the wings in oil for 10 minutes, until golden brown.

In a pan put the butter, hot sauce, a pinch of sugar, a dash of vinegar, one teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili and one teaspoon of cornstarch. Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Put the wings on absorbent paper to remove the fat.
