Seafood San Choy Bow with Prawns Recipe

- 150 g rice noodles
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 onion
- 2 spoon ginger
- 200 g mushroom
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1⁄2 Lemon juiced
- 2 spoon garlic
- 360 g shrimps

Put the rice noodles into a bowl and pour in the boiling water. Set aside. Prepare the noodle sauce by frying oil on low heat, and adding chopped onion, ginger, chopped mushrooms and capsicum, and tamari. Once lightly fried, add drained noodles and mix. Add lemon juice. In another pan, fry minced garlic in oil. Add prawns and fry till crispy. To serve, first put lettuce leaves in your bowl, then add the vegetable noodles, prawns, and other toppings such as sliced carrot or peanuts.
