- 1⁄2 Cup crystal sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
- 1 zucchini
Filling
- 140 g cream cheese
- 1 yolk
- 1⁄2 spoon vanilla essence
- 3 tablespoon crystal sugar

1. Step
Grate your zucchini. In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another, combine oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini. Incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese till smooth. Add egg yolk, vanilla extract, and sugar, and mix till combined.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Fill muffin tray 1 tbsp batter, 1 tbsp filling, and another tbsp batter. Bake for 5 minutes, then lower heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
