Roasted Pork Loin Whole
An excellent recipe for classic roasted pork loin whole, which all meat lovers will adore.

- 1 pcs Roast pork as a whole
- 3 pcs onion
- 4 cloves garlic

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon thyme

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean the onion and cut into medium sized pieces. Peel the garlic and leave whole.
Rinse the pork loin, pat it dry and cut it into portions. Then season the loin with salt and pepper and let it stand for about 15 minutes to allow the spices to infiltrate the meat.
Fry the pork neck on each side in oil in a pan to seal the surface of the meat, which helps to keep the pork neck juicy while baking.
Place the roasted pork loin into a baking dish, add garlic and pour over with a glass of water. Put the baking dish into a preheated oven and bake covered for about 60 minutes.
After an hour of baking, remove the baking tray from the oven and pour the juice over the pork loin. Then bake the pork loin for another 30 minutes without cover, so that the top gets beautifully gratinated.
After roasting, let the meat rest for a while and then slice it.
