Red Lentils with Chicken
Surprise your family with a delicious and healthy meal full of protein thanks to the lentils. This simple dish with chicken, potatoes, and tomatoes is an ideal solution for every lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 40 g red lentils
- 100 g chicken breast
- 100 g cherry tomato
- 30 g green bell pepper
- 3 g garlic
- 20 g tomato paste
- 20 g onion
- 10 ml olive oil
- Fresh parsley sprigs
- salt and pepper
- 1 g Wooden rake

Directions
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chicken meat and fry it until golden. Then remove the meat and set it aside.
Add onion and garlic to the pan that was left after the meat and sauté until they are soft.
Add curry and red pepper, and after stirring, add lentils, potatoes and tomatoes. Mix and pour water so that it covers all the ingredients.
Cook under the lid on medium heat for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Stir a few times during cooking.
Add the meat back to the pan, stir everything, season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for a while to allow all the flavors to merge properly.
Your meal is ready. Serve it hot. This dish is excellent on its own or with bread. Bon appétit!
