Ingredients
- 11⁄4 cups of non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 11⁄2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
- 3⁄4 Cup of granulated sugar
- 0.3 Cup of melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- Sugar and cinnamon, for dusting

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan.
Mix the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. Let this mixture sit for a minute until it thickens slightly.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the milk-vinegar mixture into this and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring gently until the batter is smooth and properly combined.
Fill each donut hole with the batter approximately three-quarters full.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the donut.
Let the donuts cool in the pan for approximately 5 to 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Once fully cooled, dust the donuts with a mix of sugar and cinnamon.
