- 3 cups cauliflower
- 11⁄4 Cup self-rising flour
- 1 Cup Chopped parsley
- 1 Cup diced onion
- 2 egg
- 11⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Aleppo chile flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 11⁄2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Cup vegetable oil

1. Step
Add cauliflower to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup of the water. Drain the cauliflower and mash. Add the rest of the ingredients and the reserved water. Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan. Then add the cauliflower mixture in spoons, forming fritters. Fry for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with yogurt sauce and enjoy!
