- 5 g soy lecithin
- 71⁄2 ml butter flavouring
For the Filling
- 370 g cream cheese
- 220 g sugar
- 50 g instant custard powder
- 250 g whipped cream
- 20 g unflavored jelly
- 100 ml water
- 15 ml liquid cherry flavouring
- 2 g citric acid
Garnish
- figs
- raspberries
- blackberries
- pine sprigs
