- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 600 ml water
- 2 eggs
- spring onions
- 8 tablespoon Cooking oil
- mantou buns
Paste
- 2 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 g ginger
- 10 g galangal
- 1 Lemongrass
- 3 red chillies
- 15 dried chillies
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimps
- 2 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1⁄2 Cup water

1. Step
Soak the dried chillies and shrimp in hot water for 10 minutes. Then blend all the paste ingredients together.

Heat cooking oil. Add the paste and stir-fry for 15-20 minutes. Add salt, chicken stock, sugar, tomato paste, ketchup, and water. Bring to a simmer, add the crab, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
