Ingredients
Filling
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 onion minced
- 4 tablespoon green onion
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 4 tablespoon water
Dough
- 300 g All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon active dried yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 140 ml warm water

Directions
Prepare the filling by combining the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, finely chopped onion, chopped green onion, Chinese Five Spice, water, and minced pork loin.

For the dough, dissolve the active dried yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes to activate. Add the sugar and wait another 5 minutes. Then, mix in 1 tbsp of cooking oil and 300 g of flour until the dough becomes slightly sticky.

Knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Allow the dough to proof in a turned-off oven for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

Once the dough has risen, divide it into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a round shape. Fill each round with 2 oz. of the prepared filling and seal by crimping the edges.
