- 50 g breadcrumbs

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and soy sauce. Shape four hamburgers.
2. Step
On a pan over medium heat, toast the burgers on both sides until browned.

Cut the buns in half and toast them on a dry pan.

Place the hamburger, lettuce leaves, cucumber, and tomato on the bottom half of the bun. You can put mayonnaise on top and attach the top half of the bun.
