Easy Homemade Mixed Fruit Jellies

- 4 cups fruit (strawberries, raspberries blueberries a mixture of your favorite fruits)
- water
- 1⁄2 Cup sugar
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

1. Step
Rinse and clean the fruit and cut them into small pieces.
2. Step
In a large pot, combine the fruits, sugar, and water. Boil it over medium heat. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the fruit is soft.

Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in cup of hot water.

Add the gelatin mixture to the fruit and stir well.

Pour mixture into a bowl and let sit for 2 hours.

Once cooled, invert the bowl, plop the jellies out and move to a plate.

Serve the jellies chilled with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
