Whisk the cream until smooth and pour it evenly into a baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at a low temperature of 80 ºC for12 hours.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool. Then, transfer it to the refrigerator and let it chill for 8 hours.
To serve, gently skim off the solid part of the cream using a skimmer, starting from the bottom and working your way up. Place the thickened clotted cream into a deep dish.
For the best taste and texture, enjoy the clotted cream on the same day, while the golden crust is still visible.
