Easy Creamy Mushroom Pasta
This pasta dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. With a creamy mushroom sauce, it's rich and flavorful, and will satisfy the entire family.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of pasta
- 4 tbls butter
- 1 Cup chopped Mushrooms
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tbls flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 Cup parmesan
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and garlic to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are soft and golden brown.
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine.
Slowly pour in the milk while stirring constantly. The mixture should thicken up as it heats.
Add the Parmesan cheese to the skillet and mix everything together until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until everything is well combined.
8 Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
