Delicious Baked Chicken Quarters
This is a simple, homemade recipe for baked chicken quarters. The chicken quarters are marinated with a mixture of spices before baking until golden brown and juicy. It's perfect for a family dinner or for when you have a little more time to cook on the weekend.
Ingredients
- 4 rooms Chicken
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Mash the garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle until a paste is obtained.
Add the paprika, rosemary, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the mortar and pestle and mix until smooth.
Once the mixture is ready, baste the chicken quarters with it, making sure to cover all the pieces well.
Place the chicken quarters in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake for approximately 1 hour or until the chicken is well browned and cooked through.
Serve hot, ideally with a fresh salad and crusty bread.
