Ingredients
Butter Cake
- 250 g All Purpose Flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 4 egg
- 1⁄4 Cup milk
- 2 spoon baking soda
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
Chocolate Icing
- 50 g melted butter
- 160 ml fresh milk
- 45 g cocoa powder
- 290 g icing sugar
- salt
Coating
- 250 g Desiccated Coconut

Directions
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time and after that add vanilla. Mix baking powder with flour, sieve it and gradually add flour to the butter mixture. Add fresh milk.

Bake the cake for around 40 minutes under 180°C in a preheated oven. After baking let it cool down completely in the fridge for 2 hours.

To make the chocolate icing, mix melted butter with milk and add cocoa powder. Then, add icing sugar and a pinch of salt.

Cut the whole cake into equal cubes. Get a cube and dip it in prepared chocolate icing. Then, cover it with desiccated coconut.
