Chicken breasts in a yoghurt-cheese dough without frying

- 500 g chicken breast
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 100 g Grated brick cheese
- 1 White yogurt ml
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt black pepper
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

1. Step
We wash the meat and cut it into thin slices, which we season with salt and spices.
2. Step
Rub the prepared meat with crushed garlic (1 clove). I recommend letting it sit in the fridge for a while. (best if you prepare it the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight).
3. Step
In a bowl, mix together yogurt and finely grated cheese. Add pressed garlic and eggs. Coat the meat with this mixture and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 C for about 25 minutes.
