Celeriac Spread with Carrot
This is a simple and healthy spread with celeriac and carrot. This spread is a great way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet. It's ideal as a snack on bread or crispy baguettes.

- 200 g carrot
- 100 g butter
- 1 pcs garlic
- 1 Spoon salt

Clean the celery and carrots, grate them on a fine grater.

Saute the celery and carrots together in a pan with butter.
3. Step
Crush the garlic and add it to the vegetables in the pan. Fry until the garlic begins to smell.

Transfer the mixture from the pan to a blender and blend until smooth.

Taste the finished spread and add salt if needed.
