- 900 g beef mince
- 270 g red bell pepper
- 2 chili peppers
- 400 g tomato
- 400 g canned red beans
- 300 g bulb onion
- 600 ml beef broth
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground caraway
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon salt

1. Step
Heat oil and saute chopped onion for 3 minutes. Then add chopped red bell pepper and saute for another 3 minutes. Add chopped chili peppers and saute for 1 minute. Add all the spices and herbs, mix, and saute for 2 minutes.

Add beef mince and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil and cook covered for 25 minutes.
