- 500 g asparagus
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic

- 1 cup broth
- 1 pcs Salt and ground black pepper

1. Step
Prepare and chop all the ingredients. Clean and chop the asparagus, peel and dice the potatoes, finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Step
Add potatoes and asparagus, stir everything and sauté for a few minutes. Then pour the broth and let it simmer until half soft.
4. Step
After cooking, blend the soup until smooth with an immersion blender. According to need, you can add more broth or water if the soup is too thick.
5. Step
Serve warm. Garnish the soup with a few cooked asparagus and pieces of potatoes on top. Enjoy your meal!
