Apple Tart with Caramel
This apple tart with caramel is a great way to turn ordinary apples into something amazing.

- 200 g sugar
- 100 ml whipping cream

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix flour, butter, egg, sugar, and baking powder. Knead the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator.
3. Step
Fillings: Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin small cubes. Add sugar and cinnamon and let rest.
4. Step
We often bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
5. Step
Caramel: In a pan, we melt the sugar, add cream and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
6. Step
We put apples on the baked cake and pour caramel over them.
