- 170 g Natural yogurt
- 3 cups Flours
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 11⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla oil
- powdered sugar for sprinkling

1. Step
Whisk the egg whites until frothy. Then add the egg yolks one at a time and mix.
2. Step
Pour in the sugar, add oil and yogurt.
3. Step
Sift the flour with the baking powder and gently mix it into the dough.

Peel the apples and cut into slices.
5. Step
Line a 24 x 24 form with baking paper.

Pour the batter into the form and arrange the apples.

Bake the cake at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.
