Yogurt Bubble Cake

- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pcs egg
- 200 ml yoghurt
- 1 pcs baking powder

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients together. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add sugar, eggs and yogurt and stir everything well.
2. Step
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Spread the pitted cherries over the dough.
3. Step
We bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. After baking, let it cool down a bit and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
