Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grind dates and oats together. Set aside. Combine the yogurt, olive oil, applesauce, vanilla, agave, sweetener, and baking powder. Add the ground mixture. Add flour and mix into a dough ball. Wrap in plastic and chill for 15 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients for the filling together. Add water while mixing, until the filling is mushy.
Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface. Cut out desired shapes, two of each. Put the filling on top of one shape, brush the edges with water, then cover with the other matching shape. Gently press the edges together.
Put on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Cover with melted chocolate and decorate with icing, sprinkles, whatever you desire. Enjoy!
