Traditional Greek Butter Biscuits

- 1 kg All Purpose Flour
- 250 g Softened unsalted butter
- 350 g sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 egg
- 2 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 125 ml milk

1. Step
Preheat oven to 160 C. Beat sugar and butter for 15 minutes. Slowly add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla, and orange zest. Mix the flour and baking powder in by hand. Put in fridge for 15 minutes.
2. Step
Divide dough into walnut-sized portions. Roll each into a strip and twist into various shapes. Put on a tray with parchment paper and brush with egg wash. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
