Dough
- 180 g carrots
- 2 egg
- 140 g self-rising flour
- 11⁄2 tablespoon baking soda
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 135 ml neutral oil
Frosting
- 55 g butter
- 115 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 250 g icing sugar

Directions
Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, white sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
