Tasty Healthy Sugar Free Banana Bread
A delightful, moist, and flavorful banana bread that is also sugar-free! This easy recipe, flavored with ripe bananas and a hint of vanilla extract, delivers a perfect bread that's excellent for breakfast, or as a dessert. With no added sugar, it's healthier, yet equally luscious – so you have more reason to have an extra slice!
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1⁄4 Cup milk (any milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Mix in the eggs, applesauce, milk, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool completely in the loaf pan on a wire rack before removing and slicing. Enjoy!
