- 1 lb pork loin, sliced thinly

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 Cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup oyster sauce

- 1 Cup peanuts, roasted and chopped

1. Step
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
2. Step
Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Then add the sliced pork loin and cook until browned on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Pour the mixture over the pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
