- 1 mug milk
- 1⁄2 yeast
- 3 tablespoon Cane sugar
- 21⁄2 mug all-purpose flour
- 11⁄2 egg Cup of butter

1. Step
Add yeast and sugar to warm milk. Leave it covered to rest for 10-15 minutes.
2. Step
In the second bowl, we prepare all the dry ingredients.
3. Step
Add the melted butter, milk with yeast, and egg. Work out the dough and let it rise in a warm place.
4. Step
Divide the risen dough into 4 parts, roll out into a circle, divide into 6 sections, fill with stuffing and roll into a croissant shape.
5. Step
We arrange it on a tray, brush it with egg and bake for about 15-20min at 180°.
