Slow Cooker Pulled Beef
A recipe for Mexican shredded beef, to serve in sandwiches, burgers, brisket or tacos!

- 1 kg boneless sirloin tip roast
- 2 tablespoon peri peri spice mixture
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 container tomato basil pasta sauce

1. Step
Mix the oil and spice mixture together. Rub into the meat.

2. Step
Put the meat in a heated skillet and brown roast on all sides. Add pasta sauce and remaining spice mixture to the skillet, and bring to a boil.

Move to the slow cooker and cook for 5 hours. Take the meat out, pull it apart with forks, then put back in the slow cooker and mix with the sauce. Enjoy!
