- 250 g pasta
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 1 large shallot
- 75 ml dry white wine
- 200 ml creme fraiche
- 1 lemon
- 150 g frozen peas
- 180 g hot smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- salt
- ground black pepper

1. Step
Cook your pasta according to taste. Set aside one cup of pasta water. Put your frozen peas in boiling water for a minute, then immediately immerse them in cold water. Set aside.

2. Step
Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Add finely chopped shallot and saute for a few minutes. Then add white wine, and cook until almost evaporated.

Lower the heat, and add creme fraiche and lemon juice. Mix well, then add the cooked pasta. Mix well again.
