Simple cocoa cake recipe
I can't deny that this cocoa cake recipe is close to my heart. My mother taught it to me from where she learned it herself: from my grandmother. I've made it many times, and it's always a great success. I hope you will like it too!

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Never under-estimate the importance of preheating!
Sift the flour into a large bowl and mix with the yeast.
Heat the milk gently, add sugar, salt and butter, but be careful not to overheat. Wait until the butter is completely melted. Then pour it over the flour mixture.
Knead the ingredients together. If too sticky, add a little more flour.
When the dough is ready, divide it in two. Mix the cocoa powder into one half.
Roll out both doughs into rectangles, then place the cocoa dough on top of the light dough. Roll them up and place them in a baking tin.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
