Salty Donuts with Yogurt and Feta

- 100 g Feta cheese
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 100 ml oil
- 200 ml white yogurt
- 200 g special fine flour
- 1 pcs baking powder

1. Step
We smash the fetus in a bowl with a fork. Add eggs, yogurt oil and mix with a whisk.
2. Step
Finally, we add flour with baking powder and mix well so we won't have lumps. Add more salt to taste if needed.
3. Step
We prepare a silicone donut mold. Fill it almost to the top with a spoon and bake for 20 minutes at 170 C. Of course, the time will depend on the size of the mold you have and also on the oven. To prevent the dough from sticking, you can spray with oil. Instead of a donut mold, you can also use a muffin mold :)
4. Step
We serve sprinkled with parmesan, add olives, Parma ham or whatever we have.
