Salad with Spinach and Feta
This refreshing and vitamin-packed salad is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. Tender spinach meets tangy feta here, and the whole is bathed in a flavorful dressing. It doesn't take long to prepare this salad, and the result is sure to exceed your expectations.
Ingredients
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 1 pcs red onion
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 spoons Olive oils
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustards
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Cut feta cheese into cubes.
Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Wash the spinach and dry it thoroughly.
Arrange the spinach on a large plate, spread the onion slices, sliced cherry tomatoes and cubed feta cheese over it.
Finally, pour the dressing over the salad and stir gently.
Serve the salad immediately after preparation so that the spinach retains its freshness and crunchiness.
