Roasted Neck in Beer
Roasted pork neck is one of the tastiest pieces of pork meat. Prepared as a whole in beer, it is juicy, soft, and full of flavors. All of this is wrapped in a beautiful golden-brown crust, which is formed on the beer.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs Whole chicken leg
- 2 pcs onion
- 4 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs beer
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Rinse and dry the pork belly. Then season it on both sides with salt and pepper.
Peel and slice the onion and garlic.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sear the pork neck on both sides until a nice crust forms on it.
We take the sausage out of the pan and put it in a baking dish. Add chopped onion and garlic and pour beer over it.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about two hours. During baking, occasionally baste the meat with the juice that is baked out.
We take the finished pork neck out of the oven and let it rest for a while, then we slice it and serve it.
