Preparing duck. Clean the duck and dry it, then rub it with salt and pepper.
2. Step
Preparing apples. Wash the apples, dice them (you don't have to peel them), and then mix with cinnamon and honey.

Duck stuffing. Stuff the duck with the prepared apples.

Baking. Place the duck in a roasting sleeve and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 3 hours.
