Quick & Easy Veggie Sauce Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 Cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 Cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maize starch
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions
Prepare all your veggies by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion to the wok, stirring frequently until they become fragrant.
Add all the other veggies to the pan and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they’re all tender and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the veggies and stir well to mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of your stir fry for garnish before serving.
