Ingredients
- 1 can Pink Salmon
- 1 paprika
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 1⁄2 red onion
- 1⁄2 Cup breadcrumbs
- 2 egg
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic

In a large pan, sauté the diced onion, peppers and garlic until translucent and lightly browned. Set it aside and let it cool.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce together. Then, combine the egg mixture with the cooled sautéed vegetables and add the bread crumbs.
