Potato puree with meat
Recipe for easy and tasty mashed potatoes with turkey meat, which you have on the table within an hour.
Ingredients
- 4 Turkey Breasts
- 1 kg potato
- 1 cup milk
- 4 spoons butter
- Salt, black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 ml cooking cream

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a pot with water. Add a little salt to the water and boil until the potatoes are soft.
Clean the turkey legs and cut into smaller pieces. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the chopped meat. Sear on medium heat until golden. The meat must be well done, as this gives the dish an excellent flavour.
Then add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little water and simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes.
When the potatoes are soft, drain the water and add the milk, butter and cooking cream and mash the potatoes.
