Pork tenderloin

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin Added to
  • 1 pcs red onion Added to
  • 2 cloves garlic Added to
  • 3 spoons olive oil Added to

Mushroom sauce

  • 200 g Fresh mushrooms (preferably porcini or champignons) Added to
  • 200 ml 18% cream Added to
  • 1 pinch salt Added to
  • 1 pinch pepper Added to
  • 1 pinch nutmeg Added to

1. Step

Cut the pork tenderloins into thin slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, fry until they become translucent. Add the sliced meat, season with salt and pepper, fry over medium heat until the meat is well browned.

2. Step

Clean the mushrooms, slice them. In another pan, heat some olive oil, add the mushrooms, fry until they release their juice. Then add cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

3. Step

Place the prepared tenderloins on the plate and coat with mushroom sauce. Serve the dish hot, ideally with potatoes and salad.
