Pork meat
- 500 g pork neck
- 2 pcs onion
- 1 pcs garlic
- 3 pcs carrot
- 1 ts salt
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 2 ts thyme
Mustard
- 4 ts mustard

1. Step
We cut the meat into smaller pieces, salt it, drizzle it with olive oil and mix well.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the pork meat and sear it from each side.
3. Step
Into the baking dish, add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, bay leaf, and thyme. Add the roasted meat and pour over the broth so that the meat is just covered.
4. Step
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.
5. Step
We serve the ready meat with mustard.
