Poppy seed bundt cake supplemented with dried plums. And thanks to the cottage cheese it's not dry.

- 500 g Smooth cottage cheese
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 100 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 100 g Poppy seed flour
- 25 g You don't need protein
- 1⁄2 packaging baking powder
- 50 ml Milk or a little more
- 50 g Cane sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon With
- a few drops vanilla aroma
- 100 g prunes

1. Step
Whisk the yolks with sugar. Add curd and milk.
2. Step
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
3. Step
Mix the dry ingredients. Add them to the yolk mixture. Then stir in the egg white foam.
4. Step
Finally, add the smaller pieces of chopped dried plums.
5. Step
Pour the mixture into a bundt pan and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for approximately 55 minutes.

After baking, let it cool down, remove from the mold and we can pour chocolate icing or nut butter over it.
