Pickled Zucchini

- 1 kg zucchini
- 2 l water
- 75 g salt
- 1 bulb garlic

1. Step
Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
2. Step
Add zucchini, water, salt, and garlic to a large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the salt.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Step
Remove the zucchini from the pot using tongs and place it in the pickling jar. Pour the zucchini with hot brine.
5. Step
Leave the jar for 24 hours at room temperature. After this time, keep it in the refrigerator.
